I read through the instruction manual before using it for the first time, cleaned the tubes and all detachable parts, then used the automatic (chewy noodles) function. I made noodles for the first time very successfully! Paired with my husband's homemade sauce, we enjoyed a delicious meal. There are six different noodle molds, including one for dumpling wrappers. The included brush is very useful for cleaning.
Following the instructions strictly makes it very simple, and the noodles come out quickly. The noodles are really chewy and delicious. I tried the thick noodle function, and the texture is like pasta, very satisfying. The stainless steel material is of good quality. It's easy to disassemble for cleaning, which is convenient.
